On my home off the Avenues up on the hill behind the Utah capital building. Here was a great shot showing all the way down into the valley, from State Street. I only held up a few cars behind me while I was getting this shot..

It's not every day you see a TANK on the side of the road. This beauty is sitting as you enter into Saint Anthony Idaho. It was fun shooting a tank, probably something that will not happen again!

One valuable lesson is to get out of your car, walk around. Find a better angel, or even better find something that no one has shot before. I found this beautiful oasis by walking around in the woods trying to find a great shot of snow in the fall forest. Days like this remind me of why I fell in love with photography.

It was torture watching and waiting for this picture. This is the tree in my front yard, and I have been watching it progress through the fall change for the perfect day. This photo shows my patients, yeah I could have gotten a good photo a while ago, but today was perfect.

West Jordan, Utah

It was a long day, and just finished a 14 hour day. I just purchased my new camera, and watching this sunset reminded me to breath.

When ever I go to a little town, I love to ask want is the coolest part of the town. Most of the time its the Subway... This time it was the largest man made geyser in the world.

Some where in Idaho...

I have always loved abandoned homes. This one is off a highway in Idaho, and when i saw it, I had to stop.

Lava Hot Springs, ID

Driving back to the hotel after work, I heard this train coming, and pulled over so fast I almost went off the road. got out, and took as many photos as I could of the beast.

Grand Teton National Park

This is a really fun story. I finished a job early in Idaho, and was looking on Google maps to see what was close that i could do for the rest of the day. I saw that Grand Teton National park was only a hour away. I took off, went on hike, and got some great photos. I ended the day around 8 thinking I only had a few hours back to the hotel. Well I didnt really thing about how I was staying in Pocatello, which was 5 hours away... Still totally worth it.!

Out Side of Pocatello Idaho
